Tina is an absolutely fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and extremely flexible with check in. Tina was also incredibly thoughtful and generous, making our stay at the Villa so easy. The Villa is clean, spatious and has the most amazing outdoor terrace where my husband and I shared some lovely local wines in the evenings. Kira Panaglia is a beautiful village. Some great local food and the most spectacular beach. For a very relaxing getaway please stay here!!

Cannot enough stress the fact that Villa Stamatina may be the best Airbnb stay on the whole Karpathos. The host is kind, caring attends to all your questions. We enjoyed ourselves so much at the villa and are sure to come back next year!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Kyria Panagia, the area is beautiful and the villa is really cute, clean and furnished with love. Tina and Manolis and great hosts who do their best to make you feel comfortable, they even provided us an extra matress as both our (grown) kids didn't want to sleep in the same bed. The beaches around are really the nicest ones we have visited so far.

Villa Stamatina is a nice, little house with a beautiful patio. Two queensize beds with comfy mattresses guarantee wonderful nights. The bathroom is really cute, designed with taste as the whole house. The outside patio with a large marble table provide all the space you need to prepare your dinners and is oriented to offer you a sunny breakfast. Good and stable Wi-Fi is also offered. The place is at 4 km from the gorgeous beaches of Kato Lakkos: what you need more?

Nach ausgiebigem „Erreisen“ der Insel Karpathos sind wir zu dem Ergebnis gekommen: Kyra Panagia ist der schönste Ort der Insel, das Meer hat dort das sauberste und blauste Wasser und die Villa Stamatina ist die wunderbarste Unterkunft, die man sich für eine entspannte Zeit an diesem fantastischen Fleckchen Erde wünschen kann. Das kleine Haus liegt am Orteingang, somit außerhalb des Trubels (der sich in diesem Ort allerdings sehr in Grenzen hält). Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den äußersten netten Vermietern mit einer Flasche karpathotischen Wein empfangen. Man fühlte sich gleich tatsächlich willkommen. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Minimarkt mit sehr netter Bedienung für die nötigsten Dinge und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein sehr gutes und überaus liebevoll geführtes Restaurant. Der Dorfstrand liegt nur in wenigen hundert Metern Entfernung. Das kleine Haus wurde vom Hausherrn innenarchitektonisch mit sehr viel Geschmack, Liebe zum Detail und gemütlich gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche ist für Menschen wie uns, die gerne selbst im Urlaub kochen, bestens ausgestattet. Der große und klimatisierte Wohn- und Schlafraum, nebst Badezimmer ist weit entfernt von dem in ansonsten in Hotels oder Ferienwohnungen anzutreffenden zweckmäßigen und seelenlosen Einheitsschnitt. Individualisten werden sich hier sehr schnell zuhause fühlen. Wir fragten uns zu Beginn, warum die Wohnung von Tina und Manolis so klein ist. Die Antwort: In Griechenland lebt man im Sommer nicht drinnen, sondern draußen. Die riesige Terrasse ist somit eine ganz besondere Erweiterung des Wohnbereichs. Mittelpunkt des schneeweißen Außenbereichs ist ein riesiger Marmortisch, an dem eine 12köpfige Familie bequem Platz hätte. Neben der üblichen Einrichtung wie Liegen, Stühle und sogar einer Außenspüle gibt es für die Grillfans einen großen Profigrill. Die Terrasse wird von einer großen Pinie überragt, die man nachts anstrahlen kann. Außenlautsprecher (UBS-Stick mitbringen) sorgen für die richtige Beschallung. Jeder Tag in dieser einzigartigen Umgebung war für uns wirklich ein Tag im Paradies, wie ein kleines Schild im Garten zum Ausdruck bringt.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe gebaut und eingerichtet. Tina und Manolis sind tolle Gastgeber und immer bereit zu helfen und das Gefühl zu geben willkommen zu sein. Wer Ruhe sucht und ganz nah an einem der wundervollsten Strände von Karpathos übernachten will, ist hier genau richtig. Das nächste mal bleiben wir vielleicht sogar 3 anstatt nur 2 Wochen. Danke, es war ein toller Urlaub.

Ein absoluter Traum in jeglicher Hinsicht! Das Appartmant wurde qualitativ hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es befindet sich direkt neben Sofia´s Taverne(die Bewirtung und Unterhaltung durch Maria war fabelhaft und humorvoll:)) und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Strand sind es lediglich max. 3 Gehminuten! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit-in diesem Sinne nochmals ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN!! Fazit: Eine absolute Empfehlung mit einem baldigen Wiedersehen!

Great stay at villa Stamatina. The studio is comfortable with 2 large beds, and very clean & white. Anyway you live on the large terrace under a pinetree which protects you from the Greek sun. It is a pleasure to spend some time there, reading or having a drink. Kyra Panagia is a nice spot, not overcrowded, with the beach a few meters from there, and some typical tavernas all around.

Fantastica Villa Stamatina!!! Assolutamente fedele alle foto pubblicate, è una bomboniera curata nei minimi dettagli. Provvista di lavatrice, aria condizionata, cassaforte ed ogni elettrodomestico immaginabile in cucina. La posizione all'interno del villaggio di kyra panagia è strategica, la spiaggia è molto vicina e di fianco all'appartamento c'è una taverna che diventerà la vostra meta fissa di ristoro. Tina ed il marito molto disponibili sia all'arrivo che precedentemente nel darvi informazioni utili riguardanti ad es il noleggio auto.
